As a documentary photographer, my approach to capturing moments is rooted in authenticity and storytelling. I’m drawn to the real, unscripted emotions and interactions that happen naturally. Rather than focusing solely on posed scenes, I prioritize observing and preserving moments as they genuinely unfold, allowing people to feel comfortable being themselves.
However, my style does still incorporate moments of gentle posing where it feels natural and enhances the story, helping bring out the best in my clients without interrupting the flow. The result is a blend of candid, heartfelt images and thoughtfully composed portraits that reflect real connection, unfiltered emotion, and the true spirit of the day.

HEY THERE- I'M NAOMI
HI! I'm Naomi and I'm a queer, autistic photographer. I make the point to mention that foremost because it plays a huge role in what my business looks like. I don't believe in leaving our humanity at the door when we step into the world of business. I believe in coming as I am and I invite you to do the same if you feel safe and comfortable to do so.
From a young age, I have been infatuated with the world of creativity. Be it arts and crafts at the dining table, counting down the days till "art day" at school, picking up my parents' point and shoot Kodak film camera and forcing my dog to pose from me, or obsessing over my Instagram feed- I have always been drawn to the idea of creating something of my own.
After dropping out of college with no real ambitions, I began to pursue my passion for photography and several years later, here we are.
I am continually inspired by people and their stories and the things that their photos say back to them.
How Pricing Works
My couple and engagement sessions are designed to be fun, relaxed, and authentic. I strive to capture the connection and emotion between you and your partner, making sure your photos feel genuine and true to who you are. Whether you're celebrating a special milestone or just documenting your love, these sessions offer a laid-back experience where you can truly be yourselves.
Standard Couple/Engagement Session - $400
Includes one hour of shooting time
Any location and outfit changes within the session time
Minimum of 75 digital images
Extended coverage available
Film Add-Ons
35mm Film – $75 per roll (discount available for multiple rolls)
Polaroids – $10 per photo (discount available for 10+ photos)

One
Inquire & Choose Your Session – Reach out via my contact form and let me know if you’d like to add any film coverage.
TWO
Confirm Date & Location – We’ll coordinate a date that works best for you. If you have a location in mind, great! If not, I’m happy to offer recommendations.
THREE
Sign Contract & Pay Retainer – A signed contract and a non-refundable 20% retainer are required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
FOUR
Plan Your Session – We’ll discuss outfit ideas, location details, and any special requests to make sure your session reflects your family’s personality. If you’re including pets, let me know so I can prepare accordingly!
FIVE
Photo Session Day! – Relax, have fun, and enjoy the experience! I’ll guide you through the session while capturing natural, candid moments.
SIX
Gallery Delivery – Within a few weeks, you’ll receive a private online gallery with your edited images. You can download your photos and order prints directly from the gallery.

Optional: Film Add-On Delivery – If you added film coverage, those images will be scanned and delivered separately once developed.

Share & Enjoy! – Post, print, and cherish your photos for years to come!
